Agreement Continuation. The Agreement, as modified herein, shall continue in full force and effect, and nothing herein contained shall be construed as a waiver or modification of existing rights under the Agreement, except as such rights are expressly modified hereby.
Agreement Continuation. The Confirmation, as modified herein, shall continue in full force and effect. All references to the Confirmation in the Confirmation or any document related thereto shall for all purposes constitute references to the Confirmation as amended hereby.

(i) The Collateral Administration Agreement, as modified by this Amendment Agreement, shall continue in full force and effect, and nothing herein contained shall be construed as a waiver or modification of existing rights under the Collateral Administration Agreement, except as such rights are expressly modified hereby.
(ii) The Collateral Management Agreement, as modified by this Amendment Agreement, shall continue in full force and effect, and nothing herein contained shall be construed as a waiver or modification of existing rights under the Collateral Management Agreement, except as such rights are expressly modified hereby.
Agreement Continuation. 9.1 Each of the Transaction Documents and any documents executed or entered into pursuant thereto, where applicable as modified herein, shall continue in full force and effect save as expressly terminated pursuant hereto.
9.2 With effect from the Termination Date, the parties agree that this Deed will constitute a Transaction Document.
9.3 This Deed shall not prejudice or affect any liability of any parties which may have arisen under any of Transaction Documents prior to the Termination Date, or waive or modify any obligation thereunder to the extent it was to be performed or observed at any time prior to the Termination Date.
9.4 The parties hereto consent to (i) the Security Agent releasing and discharging the Relevant European Re-assigned Receivables on the terms set out in this Deed and (ii) the termination of the Transaction Documents as per this Deed with effect from the Termination Date.
Agreement Continuation. The Agreement, as modified herein shall continue in full force and effect and is hereby ratified and confirmed in all respects. From and after the execution of this Amendment Agreement all references in the Agreement or in any Confirmation to “this Agreement” (or words or phrases of similar meaning) shall be deemed to be references to the Agreement, as amended hereby.
Agreement Continuation. The agreement shall survive the death of the client and his rights and obligations shall pass to his successors.
Agreement Continuation. The University may at its option extend or renew this Agreement, as provided for in the Purchase Order or Solicitation Document, as applicable, beyond the initial term subject to the terms of this Agreement.
Agreement Continuation. 3 – 2.1 This Agreement shall be and remain in full force and effect until a successor Agreement is either agreed upon by the Board and the Association, or becomes operative pursuant to statute.
Agreement Continuation. 3.1 Each Party confirms that notwithstanding the amendments made to the Mortgage Sale Agreements by this Deed, each Transaction Document relating to each Securitisation to which it is a party shall continue in full force and effect.
3.2 Each Issuer agrees with, and confirms to, the Security Trustee that:
(a) nothing in this Deed is intended to create any new security;
(a) nothing in this Deed shall release, alter or otherwise affect the existing security created pursuant to the relevant Deed of Charge; and
(b) the existing security created pursuant to the terms of the relevant Deed of Charge remains in full force and effect.
