Agreement Continuation. The Agreement, as modified herein, shall continue in full force and effect, and nothing herein contained shall be construed as a waiver or modification of existing rights under the Agreement, except as such rights are expressly modified hereby.

The amendments made to the Transaction Documents pursuant to this Deed shall be without prejudice to, and shall not constitute a waiver of, any rights or obligations of any of the parties accrued or incurred prior to the date hereof.
Agreement Continuation. 3 – 2.1 This Agreement shall be and remain in full force and effect until a successor Agreement is either agreed upon by the Board and the Association, or becomes operative pursuant to statute.
