Agreement Modification. 15.1 Any agreement to change the terms of this Agreement in any way shall be valid only if the change is made in writing and approved by mutual agreement of authorized representatives of the parties hereto.
Agreement Modification. This Agreement may not be modified orally or in any manner other than by an agreement in writing signed by the parties hereto.
Agreement Modification. This Agreement, together with the Exhibits hereto, contains a complete statement of the parties with respect to its subject matter, supersedes all existing agreements between them concerning the subject and cannot be amended or modified in any manner except by a written agreement executed by all parties hereto. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Exhibit B may be amended in the manner set forth in the definition of "Borrower" contained in Section 1, the fee schedule set forth in Exhibit C may be amended and renegotiated in the manner set forth in Section 8(a), and Exhibit D may be amended as set forth in Section 9(e).
Agreement Modification. This Agreement embodies the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior agreement and understanding relating to the matters provided for herein. Any modifications to this Agreement are valid and binding only if made in writing and signed by both parties.

Agreement Modification. When either party to the agreement requests to modify the agreement, it should notify the other party in writing, and the other party should respond within one week. The Cooperative reserves the right to modify this Agreement when it deems convenient, notifying the Depositor through a notice to that effect placed during thirty (30) consecutive calendar days in a visible place at the Cooperative’s branch where the Account was opened, copy of which will be sent to the Depositor thirty (30) calendar days prior to the date of effectiveness of the modification of the Agreement.
Agreement Modification. The Parties may only modify this Agreement by a written instrument signed by both Parties. A purchase order may be used for billing purposes only and may not modify the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
