Agreement; Note. The Administrative Agent shall have received this Agreement, duly executed by each Borrower, and executed RC Notes, in the form of Exhibit "A-1" hereto and executed Term Notes, in the form of Exhibit "A-2" hereto, each duly executed on behalf of each Borrower.
Agreement; Note. The Lender shall have received a counterpart of this Agreement, duly executed by the Credit Parties, and the Amended and Restated Revolving Credit Facility Note conforming to the requirements hereof and duly executed on behalf of the Borrower.
Agreement; Note. The Bank shall have received an executed counterpart --------------- of this Agreement for Bank, duly executed by the Borrower, and the Note.
Agreement; Note. The Lender shall have received an executed counterpart of this Amendment, duly executed by the Borrower, and an executed original Term Loan Note conforming to the requirements hereof, duly executed by the Borrower.
Agreement; Note. The Bank shall have received (i) this Agreement, executed and delivered by the Borrower or the duly authorized agent of the Borrower, and (ii) the Note of the Borrower conforming to the requirements hereof and executed by the Borrower or the duly authorized agent of the Borrower.
Agreement; Note. Agent shall have received (i) this --------------- Agreement duly executed and delivered by an authorized officer of Borrowers and Lenders, (ii) the Note duly executed and delivered by an authorized officer of Borrowers [and (iii) the Assignment of Financing and Security Agreements.]

Agreement; Note. Failure to comply with any of these terms will result in the cancellation of your registration with LACS or will constitute a policy violation for non-Liberal Arts students.
