Agreement; Note. The Administrative Agent shall have received this Agreement and RC Notes, in the form of Exhibit A hereto, each duly executed on behalf of Borrower.
Agreement; Note. The Lender shall have received a counterpart of this Agreement, duly executed by the Credit Parties, and the Amended and Restated Revolving Credit Facility Note conforming to the requirements hereof and duly executed on behalf of the Borrower.
Agreement; Note. The Bank shall have received an executed counterpart --------------- of this Agreement for Bank, duly executed by the Borrower, and the Note.
Agreement; Note. This Agreement shall have been duly executed by Borrower and Lender, and Lender shall have received an executed Note conforming to the requirements hereof, duly executed on behalf of Borrower.
Agreement; Note. Failure to comply with any of these terms will result in the cancellation of your registration with LACS or will constitute a policy violation for non-Liberal Arts students.
