Agreement Renewal Notice. This Agreement shall become effective as of January 16, 2016 and continue in full force and effect through January 31, 2019, and shall continue in full force and effect from year to year thereafter unless one (1) of the parties shall notify the other at least sixty (60) days prior to the expiration of the then current term of its desire to terminate, modify, amend or change the same.
