Agreement; Service Descriptions. This Agreement contains general contractual terms for all Services to be provided by The SEO Tech FZ LLE pursuant to one or more orders (each, an “Order”). Additional terms and conditions that apply to each type of Service may be set forth in service descriptions, which will be published on The SEO Tech FZ LLE’s website or otherwise made available by The SEO Tech FZ LLE to Customer (each a “Service Description”), and/or in the applicable Order. The SEO Tech FZ LLE may from time to time make changes to the Service Descriptions to add new or improved Services, substitute Services for improved performance or simply discontinue a Service (collectively “Updates”). Customer shall periodically check the The SEO Tech FZ LLE website for such Updates.

  • Service Descriptions Available services for Transitional and Enhanced Supervision Services a. One (1) one-to-one meeting with the Contractor per week for case management services.

  • Service Description The Parties will provide Common Channel Signaling (CCS) to one another via Signaling System 7 (SS7) network interconnection, where and as available, in the manner specified in FCC Order 95-187, in conjunction with all traffic exchange trunk groups. SS7 signaling and transport services shall be provided by GTE in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Section 9 of this Article.
