Common use of Agreement to Bind Subsidiaries Clause in Contracts

Agreement to Bind Subsidiaries. The Company covenants and agrees to cause any Managed Subsidiary created or acquired after the date of this Agreement to execute a counterpart of this Agreement agreeing to be bound by the terms hereunder.
