AGREEMENT TO HIRE. When you request a booking you are making an offer to hire the boat on these conditions. The hire agreement itself only comes into existence when the company sends out the booking confirmation. A conditional or provisional booking is not binding and you may cancel it at any time before the booking confirmation is sent to you by the company. Similarly the company may hire the boat out to another party in place of you at any time before a booking confirmation has been sent to you. The entire agreement between you and the company is contained in these conditions, the booking request and the booking confirmation. Nothing in these conditions affects your statutory rights.
AGREEMENT TO HIRE. 2.1 When You request a booking You are making an offer to hire a boat on these Boat Hire Conditions. If the Company accepts Your booking, it will issue the Booking Confirmation to You. The Agreement will not be considered an effective contract until the Company has received Your completed booking form and deposit and sent You a Booking Confirmation. Bookings will only be accepted on the Company booking form or, if applicable, via company website.
2.2 You, as party leader, are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the personal details and any other information supplied in respect of You and Your party.
2.3 When You receive the Booking Confirmation please check the details carefully and inform the Company immediately if anything is incorrect.
2.4 A provisional or conditional booking is not binding and You may cancel it at any time before the Booking Confirmation is sent out to You by the Company. Similarly the Company may hire the boat to another party in place of You at any time before a Booking Confirmation has been sent to You.
2.5 Nothing in these Boat Hire Conditions affects Your statutory rights.
AGREEMENT TO HIRE. 2.1. We will hire to you the vehicle on these terms. The hiring will begin on the date the vehicle is delivered or collected by you and will continue for the period and at the payments shown in the Key Financial Information.
2.2. You will not become the owner of the vehicle.
AGREEMENT TO HIRE a) The society permits the Hirer use of the property for the Permitted Use subject to:
i) the terms expressly set out in this agreement ii) all applicable rules, by-laws and regulations of the Society
AGREEMENT TO HIRE. Client hires Xxxxxx to perform the Services on the Property described in the Letter Proposal (the “Property”) pursuant to the terms of this Agreement. This Agreement is comprised of the Letter Proposal, Fee Schedule and these General Terms and Conditions. The term of the Agreement shall commence on the date Client signs the Letter Proposal and terminate on the date the Services are completed or the date this Agreement is otherwise terminated in accordance with its terms.
AGREEMENT TO HIRE. 2.1 The Customer shall acquire no rights under this Agreement until:
(a) this Agreement has been signed by the Company, and
(b) any guarantee or collateral security required by the Company has been completed and delivered to the Company, and
(c) the Company has received as a cleared fund any payment prescribed by law or which the Company has required the Customer to pay before the Customer obtains rights under this Agreement PROVIDED THAT if these conditions have not been met the Customer shall still incur all of its obligations and liabilities under this Agreement if the Vehicle has been released to the Customer or the Customer’s Agent and even though the Customer subsequently ceases to have physical custody or control of the Vehicle.
2.2 The Company hires the Vehicle to the Customer and the Customer takes the Vehicle on the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
2.3 In consideration of the hire of the Vehicle to the Customer, the Customer undertakes to perform and observe all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement intended to be observed or performed by the Customer.
2.4 Subject to Condition 6.2 the hire of the Vehicle shall be for the Minimum Period of Hire and thereafter shall be continued as provided in Condition 2.5.
2.5.1 Subject to Condition 2.5.2, if the Vehicle is not returned to the Return Depot on the Return Date the Hire shall continue (with the first day of the continued Hire being the day immediately following the Return Date) until the Hire is determined either by:-
(i) the Company pursuant to Condition 6.2, or
(ii) one party giving to the other party written notice terminating the Hire, with the notice being the shorter of either
(a) a period equivalent to the Minimum Hire Period, or
(b) one calendar month and the Customer returning the Vehicle to the Return Depot on the expiry of the notice. During the continuation of the Hire all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement (other than the Minimum Hire Period) shall apply (with such changes as necessary to give them effect).
2.5.2.1 The Hire shall be deemed to continue even though the Customer for any reason, (including, but not limited to, impounding, retention, theft, loss, strike, lock-out, inclement weather or criminal act) is unable (or refuses) to return the Vehicle to the Return Depot on the Return Date or the Substituted Return Date in the Delivery Condition (“Deemed Hire”).

The Owner shall hire to the Hirer with the option to purchase as provided in clause 10 the Vehicles upon the terms and conditions of this Master Agreement and the applicable Hire Contract provided that in the event of any conflict between this Master Agreement and any provision contained in any Hire Contract, the latter shall prevail. Each Hire Contract shall come into effect upon the execution and delivery of such Hire Contract by or on behalf of each of the Owner and the Hirer.
