Common use of Agreements and Amendments Clause in Contracts

Agreements and Amendments. 2.1 The Contract supersedes all prior negotiations, representations or agreements, either written or oral, relating in any manner to the Work, including the Request for Proposals but excepting any of the Contract Documents listed in Article A-3 of the Agreement - CONTRACT DOCUMENTS and excepting the Project Agreement made between Project Co, the Hospital and the Contractor dated the 26th day of September, 2007 and the “Implementing Agreements” as referred to therein which agreements shall continue in full force and effect in accordance with their terms. No modification of the Contract shall be effective unless made in writing and signed by both Owner and the Contractor unless otherwise expressly provided.
