Agricultural Products. (a) The Borrower shall at all times comply in all material respects with all existing and future Food Security Act Notices during their periods of effectiveness under the Food Security Act, including, without limitation, directions to make payments to the Farm Products Seller by issuing payment instruments directly to the secured party with respect to any assets of the Farm Products Seller or jointly payable to the Farm Products Seller and any secured party with respect to the assets of such Farm Products Seller, as specified in the Food Security Act Notice, so as to terminate or release the security interest in any Farm Products maintained by such Farm Products Seller or any secured party with respect to the assets of such Farm Products Seller under the Food Security Act. (b) The Borrower shall take all other actions as may be reasonably required, if any, to ensure that any perishable agricultural commodity (in whatever form) or other Farm Products are purchased free and clear of any Lien or other claims in favor of any Farm Products Seller or any secured party with respect to the assets of any Farm Products Seller. (c) The Borrower shall promptly notify the Administrative Agent in writing after receipt by or on behalf of the Borrower of any Food Security Act Notice or amendment to a previous Food Security Act Notice, and including any notice from any Farm Products Seller of the intention of such Farm Products Seller to preserve the benefits of any trust applicable to any assets of any Loan Party under the provisions of the PSA, the PACA or any other statute and, upon the request of the ABL Facility Agent (or, after the Discharge of ABL Debt (as defined in the Intercreditor Agreement), upon the request of the Administrative Agent), the Borrower shall promptly provide the Administrative Agent with a true, correct and complete copy of such Food Security Act Notice or amendment, as the case may be, and other information delivered to or on behalf of the Borrower pursuant to the Food Security Act. (d) To the extent that the Borrower purchases any Farm Products from a Person who produces such Farm Products in a state with a central filing system certified by the United States Secretary of Agriculture, the Borrower shall immediately register, as a buyer, with the Secretary of State of such state (or the designated system operator). Agricultural Products. 1. From the date of entry into force of this Agreement, the Community shall abolish the customs duties and charges having equivalent effect on imports of agricultural products originating in Bosnia and Herzegovina, other than those of headings 0102, 0201, 0202, 1701, 1702 and 2204 of the Combined Nomenclature. For the products covered by Chapters 7 and 8 of the Combined Nomenclature, for which the Common Customs Tariff provides for the application of ad valorem customs duties and a specific customs duty, the elimination applies only to the ad valorem part of the duty. 2. From the date of entry into force of this Agreement, the Community shall fix the customs duties applicable to imports into the Community of "baby beef" products defined in Annex II and originating in Bosnia and Herzegovina at 20 % of the ad valorem duty and 20 % of the specific duty as laid down in the Common Customs Tariff, within the limit of an annual tariff quota of 1 500 tonnes expressed in carcass weight. 3. From the date of entry into force of this Agreement, the Community shall apply duty-free access on imports into the Community for products originating in Bosnia and Herzegovina of headings 1701 and 1702 of the Combined Nomenclature, within the limit of an annual tariff quota of 12 000 tonnes (net weight). 4. From the date of entry into force of this Agreement, Bosnia and Herzegovina shall: (a) abolish the customs duties applicable on imports of certain agricultural products originating in the Community, listed in Annex III(a); (b) reduce progressively the customs duties applicable on imports of certain agricultural products originating in the Community, listed in Annex III(b), III(c) and III(d) in accordance with the timetable indicated for each product in that Annex; (c) abolish the customs duties applicable on imports of certain agricultural products originating in the Community, listed in Annex III(e) within the limit of the tariff quota indicated for the products concerned. 5. Protocol 7 lays down the arrangements applicable to the wine and spirit drinks products referred to therein.

From the date of entry into force of this Agreement, the former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia shall: (a) abolish the customs duties applicable on imports of certain agricultural products originating in the Community, listed in Annex IV(a); (b) abolish the customs duties applicable on imports of certain agricultural products originating in the Community, listed in Annex IV(b) within the limits of tariff quotas indicated for each product in that Annex. For the quantities exceeding the tariff quotas the former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia shall reduce progressively the customs duties in accordance with the timetable indicated for each product in that Annex; (c) reduce progressively the customs duties applicable on imports of certain agricultural products originating in the Community, listed in Annex IV(c) within the limits of tariff quotas and in accordance with the timetable indicated for each product in that Annex. 4. The trade arrangements to apply to wine and spirit products will be defined in a separate wine and spirit agreement.
Agricultural Products. The term "Agricultural Product", individually, or "Agricultural Products", collectively, shall mean any one or more product, device, method, procedure, software, computer program, material, or element utilized by the agricultural and farming industry for the purpose of improving, restricting or otherwise modifying growth or productivity of plants; or preventing or treating disease or insect or fungal infestation in plants; or controlling or modifying certain traits of plants or producing improved or modified seeds and plants; or techniques and methods for evaluating efficacy or determining the safety of an Agricultural Product such as utilization in determining toxicity to living things or otherwise involved in the general field of agriculture.

Agricultural Products. Article 10. The provisions of this Chapter shall apply to products originating in the Community and Israel and listed in Annex II to the Treaty establishing the European Community. Article 11. The Community and Israel shall progressively establish a greater liberalisation of their trade in agricultural products of interest to both Parties. From 1 January 2000 the Community and Israel shall examine the situation in order to determine the measures to be applied by the Community and Israel from 1 January 2001 in accordance with this objective. Article 12. Agricultural products originating in Israel listed in Protocols 1 and 3 on importation into the Community shall be subject to the arrangements set out in those Protocols. Article 13. Agricultural products originating in the Community listed in Protocols 2 and 3 on importation into Israel shall be subject to the arrangements set out in those Protocols. Article 14. Without prejudice to Article 11 and taking account of the volume of trade in agricultural products between them and of their particular sensitivity, the Community and Israel shall examine in the Association Council, product by product and on an orderly and reciprocal basis, the possibility of granting each other further concessions. Article 15. The Community and Israel agree to examine, at the latest three years after entry into force of the Agreement, the possibility of granting each other, on the basis of reciprocity and mutual interest, concessions in trade in fisheries products.
Agricultural Products. If at any time, the Bank elects (and is entitled hereunder) to issue AM in connection with any Restricted Farm Products on or after July 1, 2002, it must first provide LM with 90 days prior written notice of its intention to launch the related offer of AM in connection therewith. For greater certainty, the foregoing portions of this Section 1.1(h) do not preclude the Bank from offering AM to farmers, or targeting offers of AM to farmers, in connection with general financing products that are available to other Small Businesses as well. Notwithstanding anything else contained herein, the Bank may not issue AM in connection with the leasing to Small Businesses or, without limitation, farmers, of farm, garden or lawn care equipment at any time.

On the date of entry into force of this Agreement, Albania shall: (a) abolish the customs duties applicable on imports of certain agricultural products originating in the Community, listed in Annex II(a); (b) reduce progressively the customs duties applicable on imports of certain agricultural products originating in the Community, listed in Annex II(b) in accordance with the timetable indicated for each product in that Annex; (c) abolish the customs duties applicable on imports of certain agricultural products originating in the Community, listed in Annex II(c) within the limit of the tariff quota indicated for the products concerned. 4. Protocol 3 lays down the arrangements applicable to the wine and spirit products referred to therein.
Agricultural Products. Article 14 The provisions of this Chapter shall apply to products originating in the Community and Jordan and listed in Annex II to the Treaty establishing the European Community. Article 15 The Community and Jordan shall gradually implement greater liberalisation of their reciprocal trade in agricultural products. 1. Agricultural products originating in Jordan shall benefit on import into the Community from the provisions set out in Protocol 1. 2. Agricultural products originating in the Community shall benefit on import into Jordan from the provisions set out in Protocol 2.

The Parties recognise that domestic support measures within the meaning of Annex 2 of the WTO Agreement on Agriculture ("green box" payments) have no price-distorting effects and are not specific to an enterprise or industry or group of enterprises or industries. 2. The Parties agree that such domestic support measures shall neither be countervailed in anti-subsidy investigations nor be subjected to price or cost adjustments in anti- dumping investigations.
