Airbus Conditions Precedent. 4.2.1 The obligation of Airbus to purchase or, as the case may be, to procure the purchase by the Airbus Nominee of each Aircraft from China Eastern shall be subject to fulfilment of the Airbus Conditions Precedent set out in Schedule 5, on or prior to the date for fulfilment of such Airbus Conditions Precedent (except to the extent that Airbus agrees in writing in its absolute discretion to waive or defer any such condition).
