Aircraft and Crews. Frontier and Great Lakes will provide the scheduled air service that is part of F9* Code Share Service in full compliance with FAA regulations applicable to scheduled air service. Flights operated by Frontier shall be operated by its aircraft and crews and Flights operated by Great Lakes shall be operated by its aircraft and crews. Each party may utilize "wet" leases if mutually agreed upon prior to operation of the aircraft on flights using the F9* Code Share designation.

Aircraft and Crews. The Carriers will provide the scheduled air service that is part of the Codeshare Service in full compliance with FAA regulations applicable to scheduled passenger air service. Flights operated by HA shall be operated with its aircraft and crews, and flights operated by NW shall be operated with its aircraft and crews. Each Carrier's flights will be operated at its own expense and under its normal operating arrangements.
Aircraft and Crews. Each of Alaska and Hawaiian will provide the scheduled air service that is part of HA Codeshare Service and AS Codeshare Service in full compliance with FAA regulations applicable to scheduled air service. Flights operated by Alaska shall be operated with its aircraft and crews and flights operated by Hawaiian shall be operated with its aircraft and crews.
Aircraft and Crews. The crews furnished to the Lessee pursuant to this Agreement shall not be considered to be employees of the Lessee and for all purposes shall be considered to be employees of the entity with which the Lessor contracts for the provision of crews (such entity, a "Crew Provider"). Accordingly, the Lessor shall cause such Crew Provider to be responsible (i) for all wages, salary, health and welfare benefits, social security, unemployment and workers' compensation and state disability insurance, if any, to which crews are entitled by reason of their employment or the provision of their services hereunder, and (ii) all federal, state and local taxes required to be withheld and paid as a result of the wages or other compensation paid to such crews. The Lessor shall cause the Crew Provider to provide the Lessee, upon request, with evidence satisfactory to the Lessee that the Crew Provider and each crew member has all licenses, permits, franchises, registrations and operating authority as shall be necessary to operate the Aircraft on flights for the Lessee hereunder.

  • Aircraft Documents The following documentation and information is part of the Aircraft, and is the property of the Lessor. The documentation shall be in English, complete, current, accurate and include the latest revisions, in good condition, readable and capable of being reproduced using standard reproduction processes. All documentation shall have the necessary stamps, endorsements, certifications and signatures where appropriate. Bulk storage media (microfilm, CD, DVD) shall be in an industry standard format, requiring no proprietary or “fee added” software to access. One set of any such bulk storage media or one set of paper documentation shall be provided. All records listed in this Exhibit B shall be provided notwithstanding any policies of the Aviation Authority or the Reference Regulatory Agency that may allow the disposal of such records.

  • Aircraft The Airframe to be sold by AVSA to the Owner Trustee as provided in the Participation Agreement and to be leased under the Lease (or any permitted substitute airframe thereunder) together with two Engines (whether either is an initial Engine or a Replacement Engine) whether or not any of such initial or Replacement Engines may from time to time be installed on such Airframe or may be installed on any other airframe or on any other aircraft, including any aircraft substituted pursuant to Section 11.03

  • Aircraft Maintenance Operator shall, at its own expense, cause the Aircraft to be inspected, maintained, serviced, repaired, overhauled, and tested in accordance with FAR Part 91 so that the Aircraft will remain in good operating condition and in a condition consistent with its airworthiness certification and shall take such requirements into account in scheduling the Aircraft hereunder, including but not limited compliance with applicable airworthiness directives and service bulletins. Performance of maintenance, preventive maintenance or inspection shall not be delayed or postponed for the purpose of scheduling the Aircraft unless such maintenance or inspection can safely be conducted at a later time in compliance with applicable laws, regulations and requirements, and such delay or postponement is consistent with the sound discretion of the pilot-in-command. In the event that any non-standard maintenance is required during the term and will interfere with User’s requested or scheduled flights, Operator, or Operator’s pilot-in-command, shall notify User of the maintenance required, the effect on the ability to comply with User’s requested or scheduled flights and the manner in which the parties will proceed with the performance of such maintenance and conduct of such flight(s). In no event shall Operator be liable to User or any other person for loss, injury or damage occasioned by the delay or failure to furnish the Aircraft under this Agreement, whether or not maintenance-related.

  • AIRCRAFT CONFIGURATION The guarantees defined in Paragraphs 2 and 3 below (the “Guarantees”) are applicable to the A321 Aircraft as described in the A321 Standard Specification ***** as amended by the following SCNs:

  • Heat and Air-Conditioning Landlord shall provide and maintain heat, ventilation and air-conditioning (“HVAC”) equipment sufficient to maintain the Premises at comfortable temperatures for general office use, subject to all federal, state and municipal regulations, during Normal Building Operating Hours (as defined in the Rules and Regulations) and subject to compliance by Tenant with the following and the provisions of Section 6.2.4. If Tenant shall require HVAC at times other than Normal Building Operating Hours, Landlord may furnish such service and Tenant shall pay therefor such charges as may from time to time be in effect. If the temperature otherwise maintained in any portion of the Premises by the HVAC system is affected as a result of (i) the type or quantity of any lights, machines or equipment used by Tenant in the Premises, (ii) the occupancy of any portion of the Premises by more than one person per two hundred (200) square feet of rentable area, (iii) an electrical load for lighting or power in excess of the limits specified in Section 6.2.4, or (iv) any partitioning or other improvements installed by Tenant, then at Tenant’s sole cost, Landlord may install any equipment, or modify any existing equipment Landlord deems necessary to restore the temperature balance. Tenant agrees to keep closed, when necessary, blinds or other window treatments which, because of the sun’s position, must be closed to provide for the efficient operation of the air conditioning system, and Tenant agrees to cooperate with Landlord and to abide by the reasonable regulations and requirements which Landlord may prescribe for the proper functioning and protection of the HVAC system. Landlord shall have no responsibility for providing any service from Separate HVAC Equipment, as defined in Section 6.1.3.

  • Office Space, Equipment and Facilities Provide such office space, office equipment and office facilities as are adequate to fulfill the Adviser’s obligations hereunder.
