Aircraft and watercraft. liability arising out of or from the ownership, possession or use of any aircraft or other aerial device or satellite or vehicle or any watercraft other than: 7.3.1 motor barges not exceeding seventy five (75) ton capacity on inland waterways; 7.3.2 hand-propelled craft, sailing vessels and motor launches not exceeding fifteen (15) metres in length; 7.3.3 watercraft not belonging to or chartered by the insured but used by it for business entertainment provided that; a) such watercraft is primarily owned and operated as a river cruise vessel; b) such watercraft is insured by the owner or charterer under a policy of marine insurance; and c) the insurer will not indemnify the insured in respect of liability which attaches by way of any contract or agreement that would not have attached in the absence of such contract or agreement.
