Airport Rules and Regulations. Lessee’s obligation under Paragraph 12.4 shall include, but not be limited to, the rules and regulations of the Airport. Lessor reserves the right to adopt additional rules and regulations and amend existing and future rules and regulations which govern the Leased Premises and the facilities at the Airport used by the Lessee. Lessee agrees to observe, obey, and abide by all such rules and regulations currently existing or hereafter adopted or amended. Any action or failure to act by Lessee or by any subtenant, employee, invitee, or agent of Lessee which is in violation of such rules and regulations shall be deemed a violation by Lessee of this Lease.
Airport Rules and Regulations. The use by Airline of the Premises, the Public Areas, the Airfield Area and all other areas of the Airport shall be subject to such Airport Rules and Regulations as are now or may in the future be adopted by the Port, provided that such Rules and Regulations do not conflict with applicable provisions of state or federal law. Except in the case of emergency Rules and Regulations, the Port shall give Airline written notice and opportunity to comment on any proposed Rules and Regulations that would affect Airline’s operations at the Airport before such proposed Rules and Regulations are adopted by the Port. Within twenty (20) calendar days after receipt of the Port’s notice of such proposed Rules and Regulations, the Chair of the AAAC (and not Airline individually), may submit, in writing, objections to the proposed Rules and Regulations on behalf of Airline and all other objecting Air Carriers. The Port and the Chair of the AAAC shall have fifteen (15) calendar days after the Port’s receipt of the AAAC’s objection to meet and discuss the proposed Rules and Regulations. If the AAAC’s objections are not resolved, the Port shall provide the proposed Rules and Regulations and the AAAC’s objections to the Port Commission prior to implementation, and the AAAC shall have twenty (20) days to comment to the Port Commission on its objections. After the AAAC comments to the Port Commission on its objections, or if the AAAC fails to comment to the Port Commission during the allotted twenty (20) day period, the Port shall implement the proposed Rules and Regulations. This Agreement shall not be interpreted as a waiver of any right of Airline to challenge any future Rules and Regulations of the Port on the basis of the Airline Deregulation Act, 49 U.S.C. § 41713.
Airport Rules and Regulations. Lessee agrees to comply with the Warrenton-Fauquier County Airport’s Rules, Regulations, and Minimum Standards. Lessee will receive written notice of any change to the Rules, Regulations, and Minimum Standards at least sixty (60) days prior to their effective date.

X. Xxxxxx may make such reasonable rules governing the premises as Lessor deems necessary. Lessee agrees to observe and comply with all such rules and any violation of the rules shall be deemed a breach of this lease. Lessor may make changes in the rules and shall give written notice of the changes to the Lessee at least fourteen (14) days before the new rules become effective.
C. The Lessor reserves the right, but shall not be obligated to the Lessee, to maintain and keep in repair, the landing area of the Airport, and all publicly owned facilities of the Airport, together with the right to direct and control all activities of the Lessee in this regard.
D. The Lessor reserves the right to take any action it considers necessary to protect the aerial approaches to the Airport against obstruction, together with the right to prevent the Lessee from erecting or permitting to be erected any building or other structure at the Airport which, in the opinion of the Lessor, would limit the usefulness of the Airport or constitute a hazard to aircraft or aviation.
E. During time of War or National Emergency, the Lessor shall have the right to lease the landing area, or any part thereof, to the United States Government, for Military or Naval use, and if any such lease is executed, the provisions of this instrument, insofar as they are inconsistent with the provisions of the lease to the Government, shall be suspended.
F. The Lessee shall have the right to the non-exclusive use, in common with others, of the airport parking areas, appurtenances and improvements thereon; the right to install, operate, maintain and store, subject to approval of the Lessor in the interests of safety and convenience of all concerned, all equipment necessary for the safe hangaring of the Lessee’s plane, the right of ingress and egress from the described premises, which right shall extend to the Lessee’s employees, guests, and patrons, the right, in common with others authorized so to do, to use common areas of the Airport, including runways, taxiways, aprons, roadways, and other conveniences for the take-off, flying and landing of Aircraft of the Lessee.

Airport Rules and Regulations. LESSEE shall comply with all laws, ordinances, regulations or requirements of any governmental or quasi-governmental authority, including any and all regulations established by the Airport Rules and Regulations for Shreveport Regional Airport adopted August 5, 1985, as amended, or the Airport Rules and Regulations at Shreveport Downtown Airport, adopted February 5, 2004, as amended, (the applicable Rules and Regulations are referred to herein as “the Airport Rules and Regulations”) and or the rules and regulations enumerated in this Section, now in existence or hereafter promulgated or modified pertaining to the Leased Premises or to any use or occupancy thereof including but not limited to the following:
A. The LESSEE shall obtain all necessary permits from the City, State, State Fire Xxxxxxxx, utility companies or any other regulatory body requiring such documentation. Copies of all such permits shall be submitted by the LESSEE to the LESSOR prior to occupying and/or commencing operation in or on the Leased Premises.
B. The LESSEE shall not store aircraft parts or trailers outside of the hangar on the Leased Premises, but the LESSEE may store airworthy aircraft owned by the LESSEE outside of such hangar. Temporary parking of vehicles on the Leased Premises is authorized when the LESSEE is on the Leased Premises or the LESSEE's aircraft is in use.
C. The LESSEE shall not allow non-airworthy aircraft to remain on the Leased Premises for more than ninety (90) days without the written consent of the LESSOR.
D. The LESSEE shall not store aviation gasoline or other gasoline or fuel on the Leased Premises other than that normally kept in the tanks of aircraft, absent a specific permit issued by the SAA to do so.
E. The LESSEE shall not permit its employees or guests to enter onto the aircraft movement areas of the airport without obtaining permission from the Airport Control Tower or without the direct accompaniment of the LESSEE.
F. The LESSEE shall not permit employees or guests to violate airport rules and regulations and/or laws of any governmental authority, including but not limited to the SAA, the City of Shreveport, the FAA or the State of Louisiana. This includes, without limitation, security rules and regulations.

Airport Rules and Regulations. Each commercial airport operator shall abide by the Bisbee Revised Code, rules and regulations and any other documents established by the City for the safe, orderly and efficient operation of the airport.
