All Amendments in Writing. No Waiver, amendment or modification of any provisions of this Agreement shall be effective unless in writing and signed by a duly authorized representative of the party against whom such waiver, amendment or modification is sought to be enforced. Furthermore, no provisions in either party’s purchase orders or in any other business forms employed by either party will supersede the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
All Amendments in Writing. No supplement, modification, or amendment to this Amendment shall be binding, unless executed in writing by a duly authorized representative of each party to this Amendment.
All Amendments in Writing. This Employment Agreement may be amended only pursuant to a written instrument executed by Employer and Employee. It shall not be reasonable for either Employer or Employee to rely on any oral statements or representations by the other party that are in conflict with the terms of this Employment Agreement.

Except for the foregoing, no provisions in OEM’s purchase orders, or in any other business forms employed by either party will supersede the terms and conditions of this Agreement, and no supplement, modification, or amendment of this Agreement shall be binding, unless executed in writing by an Authorized Representative of each party to this Agreement.
