All Other Action. BC Co shall cooperate fully with the Company and will use all reasonable commercial efforts to assist the Company in its efforts to complete the Acquisition unless such cooperation and efforts would subject BC Co to material cost or liability or would be in breach of applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.
