Common use of Allocation of Overtime Clause in Contracts

Allocation of Overtime. (a) Pursuant to Article 16.3 and except in the case of emergencies, overtime shall be allocated on an equitable basis to qualified employees. For the purpose of this Article, an effort by the Employer to contact an employee shall constitute an opportunity to work overtime.
