Common use of Allocation of Prepayments Clause in Contracts

Allocation of Prepayments. If less than the entire principal amount of all the Notes at the time outstanding shall be prepaid at any time pursuant to Section 3.1 or 3.2 hereof, the Company will allocate the principal amount so prepaid (but only in units of $1,000) among the registered holders of Notes in proportion, as nearly as may be, to the respective principal amount of Notes, not theretofore called for prepayment, of which they shall be registered holders.
