Common use of ALLOCATION OF PRODUCTION Clause in Contracts

ALLOCATION OF PRODUCTION. All unitized substances produced from each tract in the unitized area established under this agreement, except any part thereof used for production or development purposes hereunder, or unavoidably lost, shall be deemed to be produced equally on an acreage basis from the several tracts ofthe unitized land, and for the purpose ofdetermining any benefits that accrue on an acreage basis, each such tract shall have allocated to it such parentage of said production as its area bears to the entire unitized area. It is hereby agreed that production ofunitized substances from the unitized area shall be allocated as provided herein, regardless of whether any xxxxx are drilled on any particular tracts of said unitized area.
