Common use of Alterations of Building Clause in Contracts

Alterations of Building. Landlord reserves the right, at any time, without incurring any liability to Tenant therefor and without affecting or reducing any of Tenant's covenants and obligations hereunder, to make such changes, alterations, additions and improvements in or to the Building and its systems and equipment, as well as in or to street entrances, doors, halls, passages, elevators, escalators and stairways, and other public parts of the Building, as Landlord shall deem necessary or desirable. However, Landlord shall not materially interfere with Tenant's use of the Premises.
