Alterations, Removal and Demolition. Grantor shall not structurally alter, remove or demolish any building or improvement on the Property without Beneficiary's prior written consent. Grantor shall not remove any fixture or other item of property which is part of the Collateral without Beneficiary's prior written consent unless the fixture or item of property is replaced by an article of equal suitability owned by Grantor free and clear of any lien or security interest.
