Alternative employment arrangements. An apprentice or trainee may be engaged on alternative employment arrangements to those specified in clauses 3.1, 3.2 and 3.3 provided the Training Recognition Council has approved these employment arrangements for training purposes. These provisions shall be designed to cater for seasonal and a variety of other employment arrangements that may occur in various industries. Such alternative employment arrangements shall be in accordance with relevant legislation, orders or Industrial instruments and may be included in the industry schedules of this Order.
Alternative employment arrangements. The employer may offer employment under an alternative employment arrangement to employees engaged at a job grading of 10 or more at Tarong Power Stations, or Meandu Mine. However, this provision shall not apply unless employees have been offered and have accepted alternative employment arrangements in accordance with this clause. Any such arrangement must be made on an individual basis and shall not automatically be extended to a new or continuing employee subsequently appointed to the position. Any agreement introduced under this clause shall be subject to the guidelines listed below.
Alternative employment arrangements. To achieve a more efficient, effective and responsive business the parties have developed alternative employment arrangements for use by groups or individual employee/s within ENERGEX.
Alternative employment arrangements a) An Alternative employment arrangement may be negotiated with an employee who receives a base salary which is greater than the amount shown in the salary table of this Agreement for an officer at Level 8, Increment 5 of the Queensland Local Government Officers Award.
