AMALGAMATION, CONSOLIDATION, MERGER OF THE UNIVERSITY. 16.1 The Employer and the Association agree that the provisions of the Trade Union Act covering the transfer of business or successor rights shall apply in the event that the University is, in whole or in part, merged, amalgamated, or consolidated with another employer.
