Amazon Web Services Clause Samples

The 'Amazon Web Services' clause defines the terms and conditions under which a party may use Amazon's cloud computing services within the context of the agreement. It typically outlines the permitted uses, restrictions, and responsibilities related to accessing and managing AWS resources, such as data storage, computing power, or networking services. This clause ensures that both parties understand their rights and obligations regarding AWS, helping to prevent misuse and clarify liability for any issues arising from the use of these services.
