Ambiguous Instructions. In the event that a Submission contains terms that differ from the information provided in the telephone call at the time of issuance of the Submission Number, the Trust Representative will attempt to contact the Participant to request confirmation of the terms of the order. If an Authorized Person confirms the terms as they appear in the Submission, the Submission will be accepted and processed. If an Authorized Person contradicts its terms, the Submission will be deemed invalid, and a corrected Submission must be received by the Transfer Agent, as applicable, not later than the earlier of (i) within 15 minutes of such contact with the Participant or (ii) 15 minutes after the NYSE Closing Time. If the Trust Representative is not able to contact an Authorized Person, then the Submission shall be accepted and processed in accordance with its terms notwithstanding any inconsistency from the terms of the telephone information. In the event that a Submission contains terms that are illegible, the Submission will be deemed invalid and the Trust Representative will attempt to contact the Participant to request retransmission of the Submission. A corrected Submission must be received by the Transfer Agent, as applicable, not later than the earlier of (i) within 15 minutes of such contact with the Participant or (ii) 15 minutes after the NYSE Closing Time.
Ambiguous Instructions. If a Purchase Order Form or a Redemption Order Form otherwise in good form contains order terms that differ from the information provided in the telephone call at the time of issuance of the applicable order number, the Trustee will attempt to contact one of the Authorized Persons of the Authorized Participant to request confirmation of the terms of the Order. If an Authorized Person confirms the terms as they appear in the Order, then the Order will be accepted and processed. If an Authorized Person contradicts the Order terms, the Order will be deemed invalid, and a corrected Order must be received by the Trustee. If the Trustee is not able to contact an Authorized Person, then the Order shall be accepted and processed in accordance with its terms notwithstanding any inconsistency from the terms of the telephone information. In the event that an Order contains terms that are not complete or are illegible, the Order will be deemed invalid and the Trustee will attempt to contact one of the Authorized Persons of the Authorized Participant to request retransmission of the Order.
Ambiguous Instructions. In the event that a Purchase Order or Redemption Order contains terms that differ from the information provided in the related telephone call or email transmission, the Trustee will attempt to contact the Authorized Participant to request confirmation of the terms of the order at the telephone number indicated in the Purchase Order or Redemption Order. If an Authorized Representative confirms the terms as they appear in the Purchase Order or Redemption Order, then the order will be accepted and processed. If an Authorized Representative contradicts the terms of the Purchase Order or Redemption Order, the order will be deemed invalid, and a corrected Purchase Order or Redemption Order must be received by the Trustee not later than the earlier of (i) within fifteen (15) minutes of such contact with the Authorized Representative or (ii) thirty (30) minutes after the Order Cutoff Time. For the avoidance of doubt, notwithstanding the invalidation of the initial Purchase Order or Redemption Order pursuant to this paragraph, a Purchase Order or Redemption Order that is otherwise in proper form shall be deemed submitted at the time of its initial submission for purposes of determining when orders are deemed “received.” If the Trustee is not able to contact an Authorized Person, then the Purchase Order or Redemption Order shall be accepted and processed in accordance with its terms notwithstanding any inconsistency from the terms of the telephone information. In the event that a Purchase Order or Redemption Order contains terms that are illegible, the submission will be deemed invalid and the Trustee will attempt to contact the Authorized Participant to request retransmission. A corrected Purchase Order or Redemption Order must be received by the Trustee, as applicable, not later than the earlier of (i) within fifteen (15) minutes of such contact with the Authorized Participant or (ii) thirty (30) minutes after the Order Cutoff Time.

If a Purchase Order Subscription Agreement or a Redemption Order otherwise in good form contains order terms that differ from the information provided in the telephone call at the time of issuance of the applicable order number, the Managing Owner will attempt to contact one of the Authorized Persons of the Authorized Participant to request confirmation of the terms of the Order. If an Authorized Person confirms the terms as they appear in the Order, then the Order will be accepted and processed. If an Authorized Person contradicts the Order terms, the Order will be deemed invalid, and a corrected Order must be received by the Managing Owner, as the case may be, not later than the earlier of: (i) within 15 minutes of such contact with the Authorized Person; or (ii) 45 minutes after the Order Cut-Off Time. If the Managing Owner is not able to contact an Authorized Person, then the Order shall be accepted and processed in accordance with its terms notwithstanding any inconsistency from the terms of the telephone information. In the event that an Order contains terms that are illegible, the Order will be deemed invalid and the Managing Owner will attempt to contact one of the Authorized Persons of the Authorized Participant to request retransmission of the Order. A corrected Order must be received by the Managing Owner not later than the earlier of (i) within 15 minutes of such contact with the Authorized Person or (ii) 45 minutes after the Order Cut-Off Time, as the case may be.
Ambiguous Instructions. In the event that the written Redemption Order contains terms that differ from the information provided in the telephone call at the time of issuance of the Order Number, a representative of the Transfer Agent will attempt to contact the Participant to request confirmation of the terms of the Redemption Order. If an Authorized Person is able to confirm the terms as they appear in the written Redemption Order by the Order Cut-Off Time, the Transfer Agent will continue processing the Redemption Order. If an Authorized Person contradicts its terms, the Redemption Order will be deemed invalid and a corrected written Redemption Order must be received by the Transfer Agent by the Order Cut-Off Time. In the event that a written Redemption Order contains terms that are illegible, as determined in the sole discretion of the Distributor or Transfer Agent, the written Redemption Order will be deemed invalid and the Transfer Agent will attempt to contact the Participant to request transmission of a legible written Redemption Order. If the Transfer Agent does not receive a legible written Redemption Order by the Order Cut-Off Time, the Redemption Order will be deemed invalid. If the Transfer Agent is not able to contact an Authorized Person, the Redemption Order will be deemed invalid.

In the event that an Order Form contains terms that differ from the information provided in the telephone call at the time of issuance of the Order Number, the telephone representative will attempt to contact the Participant to request confirmation of the terms of the Order. If an Authorized Person confirms the terms as they appear in the Order Form then the Order will be accepted and processed. If an Authorized Person contradicts its terms, the Order will be deemed invalid and a corrected Order Form must be received by the telephone representative not later than the earlier of (i) within 15 minutes of such contact with the Participant or (ii) 45 minutes after the Order Cut-Off Time. If the telephone representative is not able to contact an Authorized Person, then the Order shall be accepted and processed in accordance with the terms of the Order Form notwithstanding any inconsistency from the terms of the telephone information. In the event that an Order Form contains terms that are illegible, as determined in the sole discretion of the Transfer Agent or Distributor (in the case of a Creation Order) or the Transfer Agent (in the case of a Redemption Order), the Order will be deemed invalid and will not be processed. A telephone representative will attempt to contact the Participant to request retransmission of the Order Form, and a corrected Order Form must be received by the telephone representative not later than the earlier of (i) within 15 minutes of such contact with the Participant or (ii) 45 minutes after the Order Cut-Off Time.

If a Purchase Order Form or a Redemption Order Form contains order terms that differ from the information provided in the telephone call at the time of issuance of the applicable order number, the Sponsor will use commercially reasonable efforts to contact one of the Authorized Persons of the Authorized Participant to request confirmation of the terms of the Order. If an Authorized Person confirms the terms as they appear in the Order, then the Order will be accepted and processed. If an Authorized Person contradicts the Order terms, the Order will be deemed invalid, and a corrected Order must be received by the Sponsor. If the Sponsor is not able to contact an Authorized Person, then the Order shall be accepted and processed in accordance with its terms notwithstanding any inconsistency from the terms of the telephone information. In the event that an Order contains terms that are not complete or are illegible, the Order will be deemed invalid and the Sponsor will attempt to contact one of the Authorized Persons of the Authorized Participant to request retransmission of the Order.

If any Creation or Redemption Order otherwise in good form contains order terms that differ from the information provided in the telephone call at the time of issuance of the applicable order number, the Administrative Agent will attempt to contact one of the Authorized Persons of the Authorized Participant to request confirmation of the terms of the Order. If an Authorized Person confirms the terms as they appear in the Order, then the Order will be accepted and processed. If an Authorized Person contradicts the Order terms, the Order will be deemed invalid, and a corrected Order must be received by the Administrative Agent, as the case may be, not later than within fifteen (15) minutes of such contact with the Authorized Person. If the Administrative Agent is not able to contact an Authorized Person, then the Order shall be accepted and processed in accordance with its terms notwithstanding any inconsistency from the terms of the telephone information. In the event that an Order contains terms that are illegible, the Order will be deemed invalid and the Administrative Agent will attempt to contact one of the Authorized Persons of the Authorized Participant to request retransmission of the Order. A corrected Order must be received by the Administrative Agent not later than within fifteen (15) minutes of such contact with the Authorized Person. The Administrative Agent will incur no liabilities under this Section 19.

If an Authorized Person contradicts its terms, the Submission will be deemed invalid, and a corrected Submission must be received by the Transfer Agent, as applicable, not later than the earlier of (i) within fifteen (15) minutes of such contact with the Participant or (ii) forty-five (45) minutes after the NYSE Closing Time. For the avoidance of doubt, notwithstanding the invalidation of the initial Submission pursuant to this paragraph, a Submission that is otherwise in proper form shall be deemed submitted at the time of its initial Submission for purposes of determining when orders are Deemed Received hereunder. If the Trust Telephone Representative is not able to contact an Authorized Person, then the Submission shall be accepted and processed in accordance with its terms notwithstanding any inconsistency from the terms of the telephone information. In the event that a Submission contains terms that are illegible, the Submission will be deemed invalid and the Trust Telephone Representative will attempt to contact the Participant to request retransmission of the Submission. A corrected Submission must be received by the Transfer Agent, as applicable, not later than the earlier of (i) within fifteen (15) minutes of such contact with the Participant or (ii) forty-five (45) minutes after the NYSE Closing Time.

If a Creation/Redemption Order Form otherwise in good form contains order terms that differ from the information provided in the telephone call at the time of issuance of the applicable order number, the Transfer Agent will attempt to contact one of the Authorized Persons of the Authorized Participant to request confirmation of the terms of the Order. If an Authorized Person confirms the terms as they appear in the Order, then the Order shall be accepted and processed. If an Authorized Person contradicts the Order terms, the Order shall be deemed invalid, and a corrected Order must be received by the Transfer Agent not later than the earlier of: (i) within 15 minutes of such contact with the Authorized Person; or (ii) 45 minutes after the Order Cut-Off Time. The Transfer Agent will attempt to promptly contact an Authorized Person regarding any inconsistency with the terms of the telephone information. In the event that an Order contains terms that are illegible, the Order shall be deemed invalid and the Transfer Agent will use reasonable efforts to contact one of the Authorized Persons of the Authorized Participant to request retransmission of the Order. A corrected Order must be received by the Transfer Agent not later than the earlier of (i) within 15 minutes of such contact with the Authorized Person or (ii) 45 minutes after the Order Cut-Off Time, as the case may be.
