Agreement”) dated March 7, 2017, in which Mix and Xxxxxx, the former controlling members, jointly and severally, transferred one hundred percent (100%) of their collective ownership interest in WOD to WODH, and thus relinquishing personal controlled of the ownership interest in WOD on such date, prior the Effective Date; the same date of execution of the JV Agreement.
