AMENDING THE AGREEMENT. (a) Any variation to this Agreement must be agreed between us in writing other than as set forth in clause 20.4(b). (b) If necessary to vary the terms of this Agreement to comply with a Change in Law, we may do that without your agreement but will notify you in advance of the variation.
