Amendment Documentation. Administrative Agent shall have received all of the following, at Administrative Agent’s office, duly executed and delivered and in form and substance satisfactory to Administrative Agent, all of the following:
(i) this Amendment;
(ii) a certificate of the Secretary of Borrower dated the date of this Amendment certifying: (i) that resolutions attached thereto previously adopted by the Board of Directors of the Borrower authorize the execution, delivery and performance of this Amendment by Borrower; (ii) the names and true signatures of the officers of the Borrower authorized to execute and deliver Loan Documents; (iii) that the certificate of incorporation and bylaws of Borrower are in effect on the date hereof and no modifications have been made to them; and (iv) that all of the representations and warranties set forth in Article IV hereof are true and correct on and as of the date hereof, except to the extent that such representation or warranty was made as of a specific date or updated, modified or supplemented as of a subsequent date with the consent of Required Lenders and Administrative Agent, in which cases such representations and warranties shall have been true and correct in all material respects on and of such date; and
(iii) such other supporting documents as Administrative Agent may reasonably request.
Amendment Documentation. The Administrative Agent shall have received (i) a counterpart of this Amendment, executed and delivered by a duly authorized officer of Holdings and the Borrower, (ii) Lender Addenda, executed and delivered by the Continuing Term B Lenders executing the same and (iii) a counterpart of this Amendment, executed and delivered by a duly authorized officer of the Fronting Lender and each Revolving Credit Lender.
Amendment Documentation. The Agent shall have received a copy of this Amendment executed by all parties hereto.
Amendment Documentation. Incremental Loan Commitments shall be effected pursuant to such amendments to this Agreement and the other Loan Documents as may be necessary or appropriate, in the opinion of the Administrative Agent, to effect the provisions of this Section 12.16, without the consent of any other Lenders; and
Amendment Documentation. The Borrower shall have delivered to Bank all of the following, each duly executed if required, and dated the date hereof, and each in form and substance satisfactory to Bank:

Amendment Documentation. Amendment documentation will be grouped in a single electronic document with the naming convention, "Amendment [X] ([Project#])'', where [X] identifies the amendment's sequential identifier and [Project #] represents the unique project number(s) of the program element(s) being amended. Email correspondence will use the naming convention, "Amendment [X], [Organization]" in the subject line where [X] identifies the amendment's sequential identifier and [Organization] represents name of the organization (MPO) submitting the amendment. The body of the email or cover letter/project description within the packet will include all applicable information as needed such as: amendment number, PIN, STIP/TIP ID, project sponsor, location of project, route, termini, project description, funding type (e.g., STBG, 5310), length, and description of amendment. Correspondence will include ccs to the appropriate representatives within TDOT’s Long Range Planning Division and/or Multimodal Resources Division.
Amendment Documentation. Promptly after GWI requests any ----------------------- revisions to be made to the Specifications, or upon submission by Supplier of a request to GWI to revise the Specifications in accordance with Section 7.1(g) above, Supplier shall provide to GWI, for approval or revision or, as provided in Section 7.1(g) above, rejection, copies of the proposed written amendments to the Specifications required to reflect the requested or proposed revisions. GWI shall promptly notify Supplier of its approval, rejection or revisions required in accordance with Schedule 7.1(i). ---------------
Amendment Documentation. The Administrative Agent shall have received (i) a counterpart of this Second Amendment, executed and delivered by a duly authorized officer of each Loan Party (other than The GI Realty Trust 1996) and (ii) signature pages to this Second Amendment, executed and delivered by each Term B-2 Lender (including Conversion Election Forms in the form of Exhibit A hereto and Lender Addendums in the form of Exhibit B hereto).
