Amendment of Restricted Stock Unit Award. The Committee may at any time amend, alter, suspend or discontinue the Plan, but no amendment, alteration, suspension or discontinuation (other than as explicitly permitted under the Plan) shall be made that would adversely affect your rights under this Agreement without your consent.
