Amendment or Modification of this Agreement. 8.1 The parties may modify or amend terms of this AGREEMENT only by a written document duly approved and executed by both parties, excluding term extensions as provided for in the following provision. 8.2 Notwithstanding Paragraph 8.1, above, the term for performing this AGREEMENT may be extended by any suitable COUNTY designated form, signed by both parties without formal amendment pursuant to Paragraph 8.1, above.
