Amendment to Exhibit A to Security Agreement. Exhibit A to the Security Agreement is hereby amended to include (a) proceeds of judgments, settlements or other consideration of any kind in connection with any cause of action, (b) proceeds of any indemnity payments, (c) the payments described in Section 5.1 to Exhibit A to this Amendment.
