Amendment to Other Loan Documents. Each of the Loan Documents (other than the Loan Agreement) is hereby amended such that (i) each reference in any of the Loan Documents (other than the Loan Agreement) to the defined terms “Allocated Loan Amount,” “Individual Continental Property,” “Individual Property,” and “Loan Documents”, which defined terms have been modified pursuant to this Amendment shall be deemed to be a reference to such defined terms as so modified and (ii) each reference to the Loan Agreement shall mean the Original Loan Agreement, as modified pursuant to the terms of this Agreement.
Amendment to Other Loan Documents. Each of the Loan Documents (other than the Loan Agreement) is hereby amended such that (i) each reference in any of the Loan Documents (other than the Loan Agreement) to the defined term “LIBOR Spread”, which defined term has been modified pursuant to this Amendment shall be deemed to be a reference to such defined term as so modified and (ii) each reference to the Loan Agreement shall mean the Original Loan Agreement, as modified pursuant to the terms of this Agreement.
Amendment to Other Loan Documents. Each of the Loan Documents (other than the Loan Agreement) is hereby amended such that (i) each reference in any of the Loan Documents (other than the Loan Agreement) to the defined terms Adjusted Interest Rate, Closing Date Debt Service Coverage Ratio, Initial Interest Rate, Note A Interest Rate and Note B Interest Rate, which defined terms have been modified pursuant to this Amendment shall be deemed to be a reference to each such defined term as so modified, (ii) each reference in any of the Loan Documents to Exhibit C of the Loan Agreement, which has been modified pursuant to this Amendment, shall be deemed to be a reference to the exhibit as so modified, and (iii) each reference to the Loan Agreement shall mean the Original Loan Agreement, as modified pursuant to the terms of this Amendment.
Amendment to Other Loan Documents. Each of the Loan Documents is hereby amended such that all references to the Loan Agreement contained therein shall be deemed to be made with respect to the Loan Agreement as amended hereby. Each of the Loan Documents are hereby further amended such that any reference contained therein to any document amended hereby shall be deemed to be made with respect to such document as amended hereby. Each reference to Loan Documents generally shall be deemed to include this Second Amendment.
Amendment to Other Loan Documents. Each of the Loan Documents (other than the Loan Agreement) is hereby amended such that (i) each reference in any of the Loan Documents (other than the Loan Agreement) to the defined terms modified in Section I hereof, which defined term has been modified pursuant to this Amendment shall be deemed to be a reference to such defined term as so modified, and (ii) each reference to the Loan Agreement shall mean the Original Loan Agreement, as modified pursuant to the terms of this Amendment.
Amendment to Other Loan Documents. To the extent any of the Loan Documents have not been specifically modified by any of the Loan Modification Documents (any and all such documents collectively, the “Ancillary Loan Documents”), such Ancillary Loan Documents are hereby amended by incorporating the defined terms set forth in Section 10 of this Modification Agreement to the extent applicable in each such Ancillary Loan Document.
Amendment to Other Loan Documents. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in any Loan Document other than the Note and the Loan Agreement (as amended hereby) (such other Loan Documents, collectively, the “Other Loan Documents”), the Other Loan Documents are each hereby modified such that (i) all references therein to the “Note” Confidential Treatment Requested by BANA XXXX-Xxxx-00040 shall be deemed to refer to the “Note” as defined in the Loan Agreement, as such Loan Agreement has been amended pursuant to the terms hereof, and (ii) all references therein to the “Loan Agreement” shall be deemed to refer to the Loan Agreement as amended hereby.
Amendment to Other Loan Documents. The other Loan Documents shall be amended to reflect the extension of the maturity date of the Notes.
Amendment to Other Loan Documents. Each of the Loan Documents (other than the Loan Agreement) is hereby amended such that (i) each reference in any of the Loan Documents (other than the Loan Agreement) to the defined terms Note A, Note X-0, Xxxx X-0, Xxxx X-0, Note A-8 and Note B, which defined terms have been modified pursuant to this Amendment, shall be deemed to be a reference to each such defined term as so modified and (ii) each reference to the Loan Agreement shall mean the Original Loan Agreement, as modified pursuant to the tams of this Amendment
Amendment to Other Loan Documents. F. The Loan Documents are each hereby amended so as to be consistent with the amendments set forth in this Agreement.
