Amendment to Section 7.2(d). Section 7.2(d) of the Agreement is amended by adding the following to the end of that Section: “Notwithstanding the foregoing, under no circumstances shall any Property Entity have any liability for damages hereunder except solely in the case of a knowing or intentional breach of a covenant by such Property Entity. For the avoidance of doubt, the foregoing does not affect in any manner whatsoever the liability of Campus for damages hereunder.”
