Amendment to these Terms and Conditions. CRISP may amend these Terms and Conditions, as opposed to the Policies and Procedures, only in accordance with Section 12.05 or with the written consent of a majority of Participants (determined as set forth in the Policies and Procedures), unless CRISP determines that the amendment is necessary to comply with Applicable Law, and the Advisory Board agrees with that determination, in which case the amendment will be effective after the process set forth in Section 12.04(a.) for Material amendments.

Amendment to these Terms and Conditions. The Provider may, at its sole discretion, at any time, amend these Terms and Conditions. Such amendments to these Terms and Conditions will be notified to the Customer by giving written notice at least one (1) month notice in advance. If the Customer does not agree to the amendment to these Terms and Conditions, the Customer must give the Provider one (1) month prior written notice to terminate the Services, these Terms and Conditions and the relevant Order Form. Continued use by the Customer after notification of the amendment(s) shall be deemed to be acceptance by the Customer of such amendment(s).

Amendment to these Terms and Conditions. 2.1 Longbridge Singapore has sole and absolute discretion to modify and/or amend the terms and conditions from time to time by posting changes online without prior notice. You are responsible to regularly review these Terms and Conditions to ensure you are familiar with the contents.   • These Terms and Conditions I understand and agree that these Terms and Conditions will apply to each personal account opened for me at the Credit Union and that I should read and retain them. They replace all prior Terms and Conditions of Financial Services for personal accounts. I understand you may make changes to these Terms and Conditions from time to time. If I am a youth under the age of 12 or my parent or guardian may also sign on my account(s), I understand my parent or guardian will be provided with a copy of these Terms and Conditions.

  • Standard Terms and Conditions Executive expressly understands and acknowledges that the Standard Terms and Conditions attached hereto are incorporated herein by reference, deemed a part of this Agreement and are binding and enforceable provisions of this Agreement.   • Agreement Terms and Conditions 2.01 This Agreement is for a space in the JCU housing system, and covers the entire academic year (both Fall and Spring semesters), or any portion of the academic year remaining at the time this Agreement is signed. Residence in JCU residence halls requires participation in JCU’s residential dining program. The Student will be assessed all fees for the agreement term if the Student enrolls but does not occupy the assigned space and does not have approval of this Agreement cancelled in writing pursuant to 14.04.
