Common use of AMENDMENT TO UNLIMITED USE FEE Clause in Contracts

AMENDMENT TO UNLIMITED USE FEE. In partial consideration for the rights granted by CREATIVE to Licensor under this First Amendment, the parties hereto agree that the * set forth in Section 10.1 of the Master Agreement extends to all Restricted Products, including those developed pursuant to this First Amendment and as that Term is defined in this First Amendment. However, any future cedes or new functionality integrated into the Restricted Products which incurs a royalty to Licensor will be offered to CREATIVE as an option to be included into the Restricted Products at an additional cost to CREATIVE, with no gain or loss to Licensor.
