Common use of AMENDMENTS AND CHANGES IN WORK Clause in Contracts

AMENDMENTS AND CHANGES IN WORK. This Agreement may be modified only by a written amendment executed by authorized representatives of both parties. In the event of any errors or omissions by Subrecipient in the performance for any work required under this Agreement, Subrecipient will make all necessary corrections without additional compensation. All work submitted by Subrecipient will be certified by Subrecipient and checked by Subrecipient for errors and omissions. Subrecipient will continue to be responsible for the accuracy of work even after the work is accepted by the District.
