Common use of Amendments and Other Modifications Clause in Contracts

Amendments and Other Modifications. No amendment of any ---------------------------------- provision of this Agreement (including a waiver thereof or consent relating thereto) shall be effective unless the same shall be in writing and signed by the Secured Party. Any waiver or consent relating to any provision of this Agreement shall be effective only in the specific instance and for the specific purpose for which given. No notice to or demand on the Pledgor in any case shall entitle the Pledgor to any other or further notice or demand in similar or other circumstances.
