Amendments and Renewals. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, terms of any purchase orders or written authorizations issued by Subscriber or any other communications which are additional to or inconsistent with this Agreement are not binding unless NWEA expressly assents to such terms in writing. Such renewals and expansions are governed by this Agreement (including all NWEA order forms). The conditions of payment described in Sections 10 and 11 apply to all renewals and expansions.
