Common use of Amendments; Lessee's Consent Clause in Contracts

Amendments; Lessee's Consent. The Assignor will not enter into any agreement subordinating, amending, extending or terminating the Assigned Lease without the prior written consent thereto of the Assignee (the applicable standard for the giving or withholding of any such consent remaining subject to the terms of the Lease), and any such attempted subordination, amendment, modification, extension or termination without such consent shall be void. If the Assigned Lease, any Other Lease or any Contract shall be amended, it ASSIGNMENT OF LEASES AND RENTS shall continue to be subject to the provisions hereof without the necessity of any further act by any of the parties hereto. The Assignor and the Assignee hereby consent to the provisions of Lessee's Consent attached to this Assignment and agree to be bound thereby.
