Amendments to Article VI. (a) Section 6.01 of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended to read in its entirety as follows:
Amendments to Article VI. The provisions of Article VI of the Credit Agreement are hereby amended by deleting the provisions of SECTION 6.17 in their entirety and substituting the following in their stead:
Amendments to Article VI. Article VI of the Agreement is hereby amended by adding at the end thereof the following new sections: “SECTION 6.8. [Intentionally Omitted.]”
Amendments to Article VI. Article VI of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended as set forth in Sections 3.1 through 3.3.
SECTION 3.1. Section 6.3 is amended by (i) deleting the word “and” at the end of clause (c), (ii) replacing the period at the end of clause (d) with “; and”, and (iii) adding a new clause (e), to read in its entirety as follows:
