Common use of Amendments to Loans Clause in Contracts

Amendments to Loans. The Servicer will deliver to the Administrative Agent a copy of any material amendment, restatement, supplement, waiver or other modification to the Underlying Instruments of any Loan (along with any internal documents prepared by the Servicer and provided to its investment committee in connection with such amendment, restatement, supplement, waiver or other modification) within ten (10) Business Days of the effectiveness of such amendment, restatement, supplement, waiver or other modification.

Amendments to Loans. The Servicer will deliver to the Administrative Agent (who will provide each Lender with a copy promptly upon receipt thereof) and the Collateral Agent a copy of any material amendment, restatement, supplement, waiver or other modification Material Modification to the Underlying Instruments of any Loan (along with any internal documents prepared by the Servicer and provided to its investment committee in connection with such amendment, restatement, supplement, waiver or other modification) within ten (10) 10 Business Days of the effectiveness of such amendment, restatement, supplement, waiver or other modification.
