Amendments to Repurchase Agreement. (a) Article 2 of the Repurchase Agreement is hereby amended by adding the following defined terms in alphabetical order:

Amendments to Repurchase Agreement. (a) The defined terms “Alternative Rate”, “Alternative Rate Transaction” and “Federal Funds Rate”, as set forth in Article 2 of the Repurchase Agreement, are each hereby deleted in their entirety.
(b) Article 2 of the Repurchase Agreement is hereby amended by inserting the following new defined terms in correct alphabetical order:
Amendments to Repurchase Agreement. The Repurchase Agreement is hereby amended to delete the red, stricken text (indicated textually in the same manner as the following example: stricken text) and to add the blue, double underlined text (indicated in the same manner as the following example: underlined text) as attached hereto on Exhibit A. Except as set forth on Exhibit A, the Exhibits, Schedules and Annexes to the Repurchase Agreement shall not be modified by this Amendment and shall remain Exhibits, Schedules and Annexes to the Repurchase Agreement.
