Amendments to the Servicing Agreement. The parties to this Assignment hereby agree to amend the Servicing Agreement as follows: (a) With respect to the Specified Mortgage Loans, “Permitted Investments” shall have the meaning of such term as defined in the Pooling and Servicing Agreement. (b) The definition of “Eligible Account” is hereby inserted into Section 1.01:
