(xvi) Water Treatment Plant if Deep Tube Well is required.

AMENITIES, FACILITIES. The common facilities and amenities of the Building will be the common amenities of the Building and common amenities in the Development which are in form of common pathways, open areas shall be common to the Complex and all the phases thereof, as more specifically given hereunder in ANNEXURE III and ANNEXURE IV.

(xii) Such other areas, installations and/or facilities as the Promoter may from time to time specify to form part of the Common Areas of the Project

(iii) At least one manual Lift with all machineries accessories and equipments (including the lift machine room) and lift well for installing the same in the said Building.
(iv) Electrical installations with main switch and meter and space required therefore in the Building
(v) Over head water tank with water distribution pipes from such Overhead water tank connecting to the different Units of the Building.
(vi) Water waste and sewerage evacuation pipes and drains from the Units to drains and sewers common to the Building.
(vii) Such other areas, installations and/or facilities as the Promoter may from time to time specify to form part of the Common Areas of any individual building

(v) Over head water tanks with water distribution pipes from such Overhead water tank connecting to the different Units of the said Building.
(vi) Water waste and sewerage evacuation pipes and drains from the Units to drains and sewers common to the said Building.
(vii) Such other areas, installations and/or facilities as the Promoter may from time to time specify to form part of the Common Areas of the said Building.
