Common use of Amount of Borrowing, Conversion or Continuation Clause in Contracts

Amount of Borrowing, Conversion or Continuation. (i) Each Borrowing (other than a Swing Line Borrowing) of, conversion to or continuation of Eurodollar Rate Loans will be in a principal amount of $2,000,000 or a whole multiple of $500,000 in excess thereof, or, in the case of a Borrower denominated in an Alternative Currency, in a principal amount of a Dollar Equivalent of $2,000,000 or a whole multiple of a Dollar Equivalent of $500,000 in excess thereof and (ii) except as provided in Sections 2.04(c) and Section 2.05(c), each Borrowing of or conversion to Base Rate Loans will be in a principal amount of $500,000 or a whole multiple of $100,000 in excess thereof.
