Amounts Unpaid. To the extent any amounts owed to the Owner Trustee (including in its individual capacity) pursuant to Sections 8.1 and 8.2 hereof are not paid to the Owner Trustee within 15 days of a request for payment thereof, the Seller agrees to pay such amounts to the Owner Trustee. The obligations of the Seller contained in this Section 8.4 shall survive the resignation of the Owner Trustee or the termination of the Trust or this Agreement.
