An Occasional. Teacher returning from a Pregnancy Leave shall be assigned by the Board to either the same position held prior to going on the leave or a position as similar and geographically close to the position held prior to going on the leave if the regular Teacher has not returned to duty and the Occasional Teacher would still be teaching in the original long-term occasional assignment except for the taking of the Pregnancy Leave.
