Annexes to the contract. 4.1. The following annexes form an integral part to the contract (valid version is available at the homepage of MTÜ EES-Ringlus: xxxx://xxxxxxxxxx.xx/en/organisation/affiliation/ ): • Annex 1: The list of categories of EEE and batteries/ accumulators covered with that contract and collected and directed into recycling by the take-back system • Annex 2: Declaration form for products of concern • Annex 3: Procedure for using the PRO insignia • Annex 4: Confirmation letter
4.2. Annexes to the contract shall be enforced and amended unilaterally by PRO in accordance with the statutes of PRO. Upon amendment of the annexes, PRO shall notify thereof the Manufacturer in good time, so that latter could bring its operation into conformity with the requirements arising from the amended annex(es) in a timely manner.
4.3. Annexes to the contract may be used to supplement the contract but not to amend the contract. In the event of conflict between the contract and its annexes, the contract shall apply.
4.4. As an exception to the provisions of Article 4.3, if the legal provisions regulating the handling of waste of products of concern or funding of this handling change or official interpretation assigned to these legal provisions changes during the term of validity of the contract, PRO shall have the right to enforce annexes to the contract which are in conflict with the contract to reflect the change in question. If such a change is introduced, the Producer has the right to cancel the contract with an advance notice of 3 (three) months.

Annexes to the contract. 1. The present Contract is complemented by the following Annexes which form an integral part of it:
(a) Annex A - Description of the Concession Area;
(b) Annex B - Map of the Concession Area;
(c) Annex C - Accounting and Financial Procedures;
(d) Annex D – Corporate Guarantee
(e) Annex E – Financial Guarantee
(f) Annex F- Principles for Increasing the Recruitment, Integration, Training and Development of Angolan personnel
2. In the event of discrepancy between the content or the form of Annexes A and B referred to in paragraph 1 above, Annex A shall prevail.
3. In the event of discrepancy between the content or the form of the Annexes referred to in paragraph 1 above and this Contract, the provisions of this Contract shall prevail.
Annexes to the contract. 10.1 Subject to paragraph 10.4 below, any amendment of the terms and conditions of the Contract requires drawing an adequate annex to the Contract in writing, otherwise being null and void.
10.2 An amendment of the terms and conditions of the Contract cannot have the purpose or effect of modifying the contents of the Contract in such a way as it is in conflict with the terms, conditions and purpose of project grant awarded to the Project Promoter or as it may result in unequal treatment of applicants.
10.3 If the Project Promoter submits a request for the amendment of the terms and conditions of the Contract it shall be obliged to send to the Programme Operator a List of Amendments containing a description of the proposed modifications and their impact on the substantive contents of the project not later than 30 calendar days before the date of completion of the activity, except for cases duly justified by the Project Promoter and accepted by the Programme Operator. Any amendments of the terms and conditions of the Contract require a written consent of the Programme Operator for the proposed modification.
10.4 The Parties hereto agree that the following do not constitute an amendment of the Contract:
a) changing the dates for submitting Interim Reports and the Final Report,
b) transfer of costs between categories in accordance with the rules described in the Guide for Applicants,
c) changes in the scope of activities and Project outcomes, which do not significantly impact on the scope of activities covered by the Project, do not affect the achievement of its objectives, and which are accepted by the Programme Operator.
10.5 In cases referred to in paragraph 10.4, amendment of the terms and conditions shall be made by sending a change request by the Project Promoter by email to the email address indicated by the Programme Operator. The change shall take place at the time and to the extent approved by the Programme Operator. If the Programme Operator refuses to approve the proposed modification, the Parties shall remain bound by the originally approved terms and conditions.

22.1.3. Annex No. 3 – Details for the issuance of tax invoices for the Kherson branch of the State Enterprise "Ukrainian Sea Ports Authority" (Kherson Sea Port Administration) (if the Supplier is a VAT payer).
Annexes to the contract. 8.1. The tender document is an annex to this contract that binds both the Administration and the Contractor. However, in the event of a conflict or difference between the provisions of the contract and the provisions of the documents comprising the tender document, the provisions of the tender document shall take precedence.
8.2. The order of priority among the documents that make up the tender document is as follows:
1) Service Works General Specification,
2) Administrative Specification,
3) Draft Contract,
4) Unit price descriptions (if any),
5) Special Technical Specification (if any), 6) Technical Specification, 7) Remarks (if any),
8.3. Addendums have the order of priority of the document they belong to.
