ANNEXURES. The Annexures to this Agreement referred to in the Schedule of Information and the Schedule of Information itself are by this reference incorporated herein and will form an integral part of this Agreement and must be read with this Agreement.
ANNEXURES. 2.1 The “ILASA Bursary Policy” forms part of the agreement and must therefore be read together with the agreement. (Marked Annexure “A”)
2.2 The “Suretyship Undertaking” attached here-under shall also form an integral part of this agreement. (Marked Annexure “B”)
ANNEXURES. The Seller does not warrant the accuracy or completeness of any document annexed or exhibited to this contract.

ANNEXURES. The attached minimum specifications and Plans annexed hereto form part of this Deed of Sale. Other schedules referred to are merely attached as informative disclosures such as the rules and Home Owners Association Constitution.
ANNEXURES. 19.1 The Purchaser acknowledges that the following annexures form an integral part of this Agreement, and must be downloaded by the Purchaser from the St Xxxxx Village website (xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xx.xx): Annexure LA: Architectural regulations and guidelines Annexure LB: Landscaping guidelines St Xxxxx Homeowners Association Memorandum of Incorporation St Xxxxx Village Code of Conduct Any queries regarding, or objections to, the content contained in the said annexures should be addressed in writing, to the agent or the Conveyancer, within five (5) days of signature hereof by the Purchaser. Should no objection be received within the stipulated period, the Purchaser shall be regarded as having downloaded and read the annexures, and accepted the contents thereof. The Purchaser acknowledges that the submission of an objection/query/complaint in this regard, does not nullify this contract or detract from its validity in any way whatsoever.

Should no objection be received within the stipulated period, the Purchaser will be deemed to have read the annexures and accepted the contents thereof. ANNEXURES. This Agreement shall also incorporate the Operative Part which has been agreed to between the Landlord and the Tenant.
