Anniversary Dates for Vacation Accrual and Career Incentive. Employees in their first year of employment will be credited with a full year of experience if their date of employment falls between the preceding July 1 and January 1. Employees hired between January 1 and June 30 will remain at the pay rate at which they were hired until July 1 of the following year.
