Anniversary Day(s) Off. (a) In recognition of service to the Employer, the parties agree that employees will receive one day off with pay upon reaching their 25th anniversary with the Employer. (b) The day off will be scheduled by mutual agreement between the supervisor and the employee. This will be administered by the department in which the employee works and may only be granted once.
